Loyalty cards, terms and conditions

1. Eligibility: The Elite Shine loyalty card is available to all customers who book services through our website and adhere to our booking policies.

2. Stamp Collection: A stamp is earned for each full-priced service completed. Discounts, promotions, or packages do not qualify unless stated otherwise.

​

3. Redeeming Free Services: Once all stamps are collected, the loyalty card can be redeemed for a free [insert service name]. The free service must be booked in advance and is subject to availability.

4. Deposit Requirement: Customers must still pay the deposit online when booking. If a valid, fully stamped loyalty card is presented at the time of service, the deposit will be refunded after completion.

5. Lost or Stolen Cards: Lost, stolen, or damaged loyalty cards cannot be replaced, and stamps are non-transferable.

​

6. Expiry & Validity: Loyalty cards are valid for [insert time frame, e.g., 12 months] from the date of issue. Cards presented after this period may not be accepted.

7. Misuse & Fraud: Any attempts to alter, duplicate, or misuse the loyalty card will result in its cancellation, and the customer may be banned from using Elite Shine services.

8. Changes to the Program: Elite Shine reserves the right to amend or discontinue the loyalty program at any time without prior notice.

Loyalty Card Refund Policy

​

• Deposit Refunds: Deposits will only be refunded if a valid loyalty card is presented at the time of service. If a card is lost or forgotten, the deposit will not be refunded, but the customer can still receive a stamp for that service.

​

• Non-Transferable: Loyalty rewards cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred to another customer, or used with other promotions.

​

• No Partial Refunds: If a customer has a partially completed loyalty card and does not wish to continue, no partial refunds or credits will be given.
